RECEIPTING FINISHED GOODS INTO STOCK
- All products transported by the designated bus driver must accompany an F.A card.
- Check received quantity and if goods are correctly packed.
- When products are transported into the receiving area, each kanban box needs to be identified with a buff-tag displaying the part number and kanban quantity.
- Goods need to be receipted and the F.A card must be scratched off, signed with the name of the person receipting the goods and the date. This will indicate that the products can be now packed into allocated bin locations.
- F/A Card must stay with the box to help Identify Finished Goods.
